World, meet Echo. We are unveiling our newest POS system model called Echo! It combines the power and functionality of a traditional POS system with the simplicity and sleek design of a tablet-based system. The Echo software includes all of the front-end and back-end features businesses need, with functionality for both retail businesses and restaurants. The new Echo system will utilize the cloud and local storage to operate. If the Internet goes down, the information is stored locally until the Internet goes back online. You can manage the POS through the Internet in real-time. It will also be Apple Pay™ compatible once they release it.

We are pleased to announce the launch of Lighthouse 3.0, the latest version of our web-based reporting and POS management tool. The new version adds a number of new features, as well as, improved stability and reliability. All new Hospitality POS systems will be deployed with Lighthouse 3.0 going forward, and we will also be retroactively upgrading existing Hospitality merchants over the next few weeks. With this release, you will now be able to add, edit, or remove menu items, screen categories, choices, choice sets and even employees remotely through Lighthouse. Additionally, online reporting will be expanded to include sales reports, labor reports, processing data and monthly statements. Further, these reports will now be updated in real-time, and you will have the ability to set up email subscriptions for your favorite reports.
You will also now be able to manage your reservations, order gift cards, processing supplies, and track POS or accessory orders. You will also have the ability to set customized permission levels for each Lighthouse user in order to accommodate accountants, office managers, etc. In addition to these functional improvements, Lighthouse has been redesigned to be more intuitive. For example, the menu update section now mimics the look of the actual POS system interface. It is also mobile-friendly now, allowing accessibility via smart phones or tablets. In addition to all of these changes, the back-end has been completely rebuilt to deliver a more secure, reliable and scalable platform. Overall, Lighthouse 3.0 provides a significant upgrade from the previous version.
